The consultation form is designed as a preliminary screening process to best prepare us for our first meeting. This allows me to get a good picture of your hair history and overall experience that you are looking for. It will also allow me book the proper time for your appointment.

Please note that service pricing can only be determined at the time of your consultation and when I see our hair in person!
